About Italian Cuisine
When it comes to Italian food every person I know in Mumbai, cooks their own versions of Italian food. Most of the ingredients are easily available in the market if you wish to cook authentic Italian food. Italian food is very simple to cook. It has four to five major ingredients, the most popular ingredients are tomato, garlic, olive oil, basil, eggplant, peppers, all kinds of meats & fish (mostly anchovies, sardines & tuna ) varieties of cheese (ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan.)
There are restaurants in Mumbai with Italian chefs from Italy organizing a master class where people who don’t know can indulge in the Italian world.
