From South Mumbai (Churchgate)
Catch a Train from Churchgate and get down at Santacruz station. Be ready when you hear Khar station announcement on the train. While coming from Churchgate, Khar station comes before Santacruz.
Get down at Santacruz and move towards the east side, and you will find sharing rickshaw wala shouting University. They usually charge 20 rupees till University. It is the best option, and you won’t need to ask anyone after taking a shared rickshaw.
The bus is the other option, and many buses continuously ply from Santacruz station to Kalina. So don’t take the 311 or 618 number buses; the rest of the buses will leave you until the University bus stop.
