My personal experience of quarantine & isolation of 90 days was really productive. I spent more time in online reading watching videos on YouTube of personality development , every evening exercising , I was very fussy about eating food. I will further mention some points about my eating habits please do read it, doing yoga for every morning for 5 mins is very important which activates body . Heavy breakfast includes more of fibre & protein. being a vegetarian is very healthy way of living all vegetables food comes with lots of fibre, light lunch & only protein for dinner that’s what I used to follow.
